About the Role:

conceptualize, script, and design

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and create content across

  Instagram, YouTube, website, and ads

• Develop

  brand storytelling

  , campaigns, and visual narratives
• Design

  scroll-stopping static creatives, carousels, reels, gifs

• Collaborate with founder, product, and marketing teams to translate product USPs into

  compelling visual content

• Lead

  creative direction

  for packaging, launches, and campaigns

What You’ll Need:

• 1–4 years of experience in content + design, preferably with

  beauty, fashion, or D2C brands

• Strong understanding of

  visual storytelling, reels, and Gen Z/young millennial trends

• Hands-on with tools like:

• Adobe Creative Suite

  (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Figma

  , Canva

• Premiere Pro

  , After Effects or CapCut (for reels & motion graphics)
• Familiarity with basic

  content performance metrics

  is a plus
• Excellent

  communication and copywriting skills

• Aesthetically sharp, fast-moving, and full of fresh ideas

Bonus If You:

• Have worked on early-stage brands or startups
• Are a skincare nerd and packaging enthusiast
• Can shoot/edit content (on phone or DSLR)
