Content Strategist + Graphic Designer

As a Content Strategist and Graphic Designer at Allyv Skincare in Mumbai (Hybrid), you will be an integral part of a team where science meets joy. With 14 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, scripting, and designing impactful digital content across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include planning and creating content for Instagram, YouTube, the company website, and advertisements. You will be tasked with developing brand storytelling, campaigns, and visual narratives. Additionally, you will design static creatives, carousels, reels, and gifs that captivate audiences. Collaboration with the founder, product, and marketing teams will be essential to transform product USPs into visually compelling content. You will also lead the creative direction for packaging, launches, and campaigns. To excel in this role, you should possess 14 years of experience in content and design, preferably within beauty, fashion, or direct-to-consumer brands. A deep understanding of visual storytelling, reels, and trends among Gen Z and young millennials is crucial. Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut (for reels and motion graphics) is required. Knowledge of basic content performance metrics is advantageous. Strong communication and copywriting skills, along with a keen eye for aesthetics and a constant flow of innovative ideas, are essential. If you have experience working with early-stage brands or startups, a passion for skincare and packaging, and the ability to shoot/edit content using a phone or DSLR, it would be considered a bonus.
