Content Strategist

• Location: Sector 27, Gurgaon
• Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Days: Monday Saturday (6 days work from office), 2nd Saturday off

What you'll do

• Own content strategy, calendar, voice and pillar framework for one persona/page.
• Write high-conversion hooks, captions, and creative briefs for video + static.
• Run 30/90-day relaunch and weekly micro-experiments (hooks, thumbnails, formats).
• Build UGC & influencer flows; convert top DMs into product/UGC ideas.
• Coordinate with design, performance, SEO and CX to tie content to revenue.

Must have

• 36 years in social-first content (D2C, creator brands or agency).
• Strong short-form copy & brief-writing skills.
• Comfortable with analytics (UTMs, A/B tests, basic dashboards).
• Portfolio showing measurable wins (engagement or revenue uplift).

Nice to have

• Regional language / festival campaign experience.
• Founder-as-persona or product-led storytelling.
