Key purpose of the role.

This role is to strategize, create and deploy engaging digital content across platforms as per customer persons throughout the customer journey from acquisition to conversion and also for successful customer retention.

What Key Tasks will be involved

Digital Content Strategy:

• Orchestrating digital content strategies across all online platforms
• Planning, creating and disseminating content in various formats like Infographics, Case studies, blogs, video shorts etc - Social media marketing
• E-mail marketing
• Website management - Implementing SEO best practices
• Video storyboarding
• Creative brief facilitation, while working closely with digital & design agencies

2. Campaign Management:

• Driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand building
• Automating digital customer journey from awareness till conversion

3. Online sales Enablement:

• Communicate the value proposition and create online sales tools, training material and collaterals
• Facilitate webinars
• Liaise with sales, product and operation teams to deliver successful marketing campaigns
