Content Specialist Lead

As a Team Lead at Kidvento Education and Research Pvt. Ltd. located in Mysore, your role involves overseeing Curriculum Development, Content development, and Team Management within the organization. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing well-researched content on Data Science and Design Thinking - Designing and developing Data Science and Design Thinking curriculum-related content for the K 12 sector - Utilizing gamification techniques as and when required - Implementing industry best practices and leveraging the organization's mission to inspire ideas and create content - Collaborating with various stakeholders such as CD and curriculum manager for devising the content - Curating the content to deliver the desired learning outcomes - Creating technical content based on Instructor-led training videos - Developing FAQ & scripts, hand-outs, etc. - Designing Data Science and Design Thinking related training modules - Creating Learning Curve Analyzers to assess Learning Outcomes (Assessments/Practices) - Managing the team effectively and ensuring smooth operations within the team Qualifications and skills desired for this role include: - Possessing a relevant Technical Degree and subject knowledge in Data Science - Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications or Engineering (BCA/BE) is preferred, with a Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) being an added advantage - Having 2+ years of experience in e-learning Technical content development - Familiarity with Data Science, Excel, and Design Thinking principles - Demonstrating excellent writing skills showcased in a professional portfolio - Strong command over the English language - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Being flexible and adaptable to updated processes - Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management - Previous experience in the E-learning industry is advantageous - Proficiency in time management, prioritization, scheduling, and adapting as necessary - Skills in using computers, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office - Knowledge of tools such as Articulate would be beneficial - Excellent writing, verbal, listening, and presentation skills If you are passionate about curriculum development, content creation, and team leadership, this role at Kidvento Education and Research Pvt.
