About the Role:

We’re looking for a Content Repurposing Specialist to join our on‑site creative team. This role sits at the intersection of editing, content strategy, and platform intelligence.You’ll be responsible for converting long‑form content (podcasts, YouTube videos, interviews) into high‑performing short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms. The role requires strong judgment on what moments to clip, how to hook viewers, and how to structure shorts for maximum retention — not just basic cutting.

Responsibilities

:• Repurpose long‑form video content into short‑form clips optimized for Reels, Shorts, and vertical platforms.• Identify high‑impact moments, hooks, and soundbites that drive watch time and engagement.• Edit videos with strong pacing, clean cuts, captions, and platform‑native formatting.• Collaborate with strategists and editors to align clips with content goals and brand voice.• Apply platform‑specific best practices (aspect ratios, text placement, duration, trends).• Maintain consistency across multiple creator brands while adapting to different content styles.• Organize project files and follow internal workflows to ensure fast turnaround and quality output.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).• Strong understanding of short‑form content psychology, hooks, and retention patterns.• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging short‑form trends.• Ability to independently identify clip‑worthy moments without detailed instructions.• Fast execution with attention to detail under tight deadlines.• Portfolio or samples showcasing podcast‑to‑shorts or long‑to‑short repurposing work.• Passion for content creation, creator ecosystems, and performance‑driven editing.
