Key Responsibilities:

• Repurpose existing content (videos, blogs, podcasts, etc.) into short-form videos, infographics, carousels, social posts, or email snippets.
  
• Optimize existing content for

  SEO

  – update metadata, insert backlinks, refresh keywords, and improve ranking potential.
• Identify top-performing content and adapt it for other platforms (e.g., turn a blog into a YouTube short or a webinar into a LinkedIn post series).
  
• Collaborate with

  design, SEO, and social media teams

  to ensure alignment with brand tone and marketing goals.
• Track performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, backlinks, and conversions.
  
• Maintain a structured content library and manage backlinking opportunities.
  
• Ensure all repurposed content meets brand and compliance standards.
  
• Recommend process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Marketing, Communications, Journalism

  , or related field.

• 2–4 years

  of experience in content creation, SEO, or social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of

  SEO, backlinks, keyword optimization

  , and content distribution.
• Hands-on experience with

  Canva, CapCut, Notion, Hootsuite

  Buffer

• Excellent command of English with strong writing and editing skills.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Basic

  video editing

  and short-form video optimization (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn).
• Familiarity with

  Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO

• Experience managing content calendars and interpreting analytics.
  
• Ability to adapt content strategy based on performance insights.
