Content Quality Manager

As a Content Supervisor in this role, you will be responsible for reviewing 50+ short videos daily to ensure quality standards. You will also play a crucial role in training creators, DOPs, and editors on storytelling, framing, and pacing. Your duties will include maintaining brand consistency and building a best content library. Additionally, you will align pre and post-production processes for seamless execution, oversee and guide the content team for smooth coordination, manage workflows, delegate tasks, and support team members in meeting quality benchmarks.
