Role Overview

What You’ll Do

• Visit each topic or script, review it for accuracy, flow, tone, and readability.
• Use guardrail prompts to generate grade-level variants (e.g., “rewrite at grade 9 level”, “rewrite at grade 11 level”) while preserving meaning.
• Maintain a Tone & Grade-Level Guide for the brand (you’ll create/update).
• Flag and log issues: jargon overuse, tone drift, ambiguity, repetition, misalignment with brand voice.
• Partner with LLM integration authors, product team, and UX to ensure content flows logically in the product context.
• Provide micro-copy insights: how does this button read? How does this notification feel?
• Track edits and provide metrics: e.g., revision rate, readability scores, internal bug catch rate.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent command of English; proven editorial experience (agency, startup, product) preferred.
• Understanding of longevity, health, and wellness
• Ability to balance factual integrity + readability + brand voice.
• Comfort working with LLM outputs (you will edit them) and spotting weaknesses.
• Strong attention to detail, high standards, but pragmatic (we ship).
• A sense of behavioural-health, wellness, or tech product experience is a plus.
• Bonus: experience with UX writing or content for behavioural apps.
