About the Role: We are seeking a talented Content Production Associate to join our communications team. This role combines video production, photography, and post-production expertise to create compelling visual content across digital platforms, educational initiatives, and institutional documentation.

Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and institutional storytelling.

• Capture and edit photography for events, campus activities, and promotional materials.

Produce short-form video content optimized for Instagram Reels and other social platforms

• Collaborate with the communications team to maintain visual consistency across all content
• Manage end-to-end content production from pre-production through final delivery
• Cover institutional events and activities
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Da Vinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator
• Experience in videography and photography with understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling
• Portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, and photography work
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Technical Requirements: Must possess a high-performance laptop capable of handling video editing workflows

Access to basic camera equipment for content capture.
