Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented

Content professional

to oversee our organic content function and drive high-performing content across all channels. This role involves organic content strategy, writing for social media, SEO, blogs, and creating ad copies for paid campaigns.
The ideal candidate understands the Study Abroad landscape, student journey, and how to create content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Development

  • Build and execute a content strategy aligned with brand goals, monthly campaigns, and admission cycles.
  • Create high-quality, SEO-optimised content:
  • Blog articles
  • Website content
  • Landing page copy
  • Social media posts
  • Paid ad copies
  • Email content
  • Video scripts / student stories
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels.
  • Identify new content formats and trends relevant to the study abroad audience.

2. Social Media Management

  • Own the social media calendar and posting across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other upcoming platforms.
  • Create and publish high-impact:
  • Reels
  • Shorts
  • Carousel posts
  • Long-form educational content
  • Lead community engagement: comments, DMs, and student interaction.
  • Leverage analytics to improve reach, engagement, follower growth, and retention.

3. Organic Department Leadership

  • Lead and manage the organic content function (social + blogs + website + organic strategy).
  • Collaborate with design, SEO, video editors, and internal stakeholders to bring campaigns to life.
  • Ensure timely delivery of content across all channels.
  • Bring best practices from EdTech, student engagement, and agency-style creative processes.

4. Paid Campaign Support

  • Write compelling ad copies for Meta & Google campaigns.
  • Support performance marketing with landing page content, scripts, creative ideas, and message testing.
  • Ensure alignment between organic content and paid campaign messaging.

5. Monitoring, Insights & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: Reach, Engagement, Follower Growth, Video Performance, CTR, SEO metrics, and Content-driven conversions.
  • Deliver monthly dashboards with insights, performance summaries, and action recommendations.
  • Conduct competitor content audits and trend analysis.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • 4-7 years of hands-on content creation + social media experience (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of Study Abroad funnel, student mindset, and decision motivators.
  • Excellent writing for multiple formats: blogs, paid ads, social media, scripts, and landing pages.
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimisation.
  • Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Notion, or Trello.
  • Ability to plan, conceptualise, and execute 360 digital campaigns.
  • Strong coordination with design and video teams.

Nice-to-Have

  • On-camera presence for reels and educational videos.
  • Experience with influencers, student ambassadors, or creators.
  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, or AI content tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Descript, Bard, etc.
  • Prior work in EdTech or Study Abroad domain.
