Key Responsibilities:

Content Operations:

Launch, relaunch, and updates of Pujas & Chadhavas on the website and app.
Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, development) to ensure timely and accurate publishing.
Ensure daily content elements like Daily Aashirwaad, testimonials, banners, and subscriptions are updated and error-free.

User Flow Management:

Monitor the start-to-completion flow of Puja bookings to ensure smooth user experience.
Track and resolve flow-related issues proactively in collaboration with tech and product teams.

Content Quality & Assurance:

Take ownership of all content published on the website and app.
Conduct QC of landing pages to identify mistakes, inconsistencies, or outdated content.
Suggest and implement improvements for better user engagement.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze conversion rates, performance metrics, and user behavior on content.
Propose actionable insights and improvement plans based on data.
Collaborate with marketing/product teams to optimize performance.
