Job Description

Primary Skill:

We are hiring candidates for content moderation (non-voice/non-technical process).
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proactive and positive approach to tasks.
Emotionally strong in nature, should be able to withstand inappropriate content with maturity and professionalism

Responsibilities:

Review content of a graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious nature such as Adult, Sexual, Abusive, Hate, Derogatory, Illegal Acts, Violence, Death, and Tragedy and take appropriate action
Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Participate in wellness activities
Experience using internet websites and social communication tools.
Should be able to follow policies & procedures diligently as prescribed by the business.
Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
Should know to read & write more than one regional language
Strong Time Management skills
Good Interpersonal & People skills with a good problem-solving approach.
Should have Customer Centric Mindset

Education Qualification:

Only Graduates are eligible to apply (Results pending/pursuing candidates would not be eligible/without university issued documents are not eligible). Freshers are welcome.

OTHER DETAILS:

Work from Office.
2-way transport availability.
5-day work (2 rotational week offs).
Graduation Mandatory.

Work Location- Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
