About the Role
Were looking for a hands-on, high-ownership Content Manager to lead all things content across our three brandsGrowthclub Pro, Tantra, and Yogi.This role isnt limited to marketing copyyoull be responsible for shaping narratives, building personal brands, drafting cold outreach, scripting podcasts and videos, driving internal communication, and more. If it involves words, its your territory.What Youll OwnYoull work closely with founders and the performance, design, and ops teams to execute content across multiple formats and channels. Your responsibilities will include:Personal Branding:Craft content for founder and client LinkedIn profiles, including thought leadership posts, comment strategies, and audience engagementOutreach:Write persuasive cold outreach and nurture sequences for email and LinkedInScripting:Script podcasts, reels, and short-form video contentMarketing Collateral:Draft blogs, landing pages, sales decks, emailers, and newslettersInternal Comms:Support internal documentation, team updates, and process communicationDistribution:Work with the team to plan and schedule content across platformsStrategy:Own and manage a shared content calendar, track performance, and adapt based on insightsWhat Were Looking For3-5 years of experience in content or copywriting roles (agency or fast-paced startup experience preferred)Strong writing chops with the ability to adapt tone across different brands and formatsClarity of thought, fast execution, and comfort with owning end-to-end deliveryA systems thinker who can manage multiple projects without dropping the ballBonus: experience with SEO, podcast production, or AI-assisted writing toolsWho Youll Work WithYoull be collaborating directly with the founders of each brand, performance marketers, designers, client success managers, and creative teams. This is a high-impact role with direct visibility into strategy and execution.
