Location: Greater Noida (Work From Office) – 3–6 months Work From Home available for relocation

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee social media content calendars in collaboration with the social media team.
  • Strategize and coordinate masterclasses and performance ad campaigns with marketing and sales teams.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy for the company’s website, blog, and social media platforms.
  • Research and implement strategies to organically grow the company’s reach and engagement with valuable, high-quality content.
  • Work with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics, ensuring data-driven improvements.
  • If capable, create content independently (articles, posts, campaigns, scripts, etc.) – considered a strong advantage.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA (Marketing/HR) or graduates with strong technical background/knowledge in the tech industry.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or social media content management, preferably in the EdTech industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Excellent content planning, copywriting, and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, social media, marketing, sales).
  • Knowledge of performance marketing and ad content planning is a plus.
