Job Description

We are looking for a Content Manager to join our Bangalore office. The key tasks include content curation, indexing, PowerPoint creation, and content strategy, compliance, reporting etc

About You

  • Graduate or postgraduate in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Content Curation, Indexing and Abstracts in the pharmaceutical or related healthcare industry, with understanding in all aspects of scientific publication and medical communications strategy, planning, and execution during all phases of drug development and post-launch/marketed product
  • Exposure in data visualization, presentation skills
  • Strong initiative, business acumen, problem-solving ability, and sense of ownership when driving assigned projects to completion

It would be great if you also had . . .

  • Prior experience in Consulting, strategy or FPA
  • Willingness to learn SQL, proficiency a plus. Tableau and Power BI is good to have

What will you be doing in this role

  • Identify and select high-quality content from various sources. Ensure the content aligns with the company s goals and audience interests. Regularly update curated content to keep it relevant and engaging.
  • Develop and maintain a systematic approach to indexing content. Create and manage metadata for easy retrieval and organization. Implement tagging and categorization strategies to enhance searchability.
  • Summarize complex content into concise and informative abstracts. Ensure abstracts accurately reflect the main points and relevance of the content. Maintain a consistent tone and style in all abstracts.
  • Develop visually appealing and informative PowerPoint presentations. Collaborate with various teams to gather content and insights for presentations. Ensure presentations are aligned with the company s branding and messaging.
  • Develop and implement content strategies that support business objectives. Analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices.
  • Ensure all content complies with legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain consistency with the company s branding guidelines.
  • Track and report on content performance metrics. Use analytics tools to gain insights and inform content decisions. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
