Key Responsibilities: Across Instagram and LinkedIn: Finalising content ideas and creating and managing the content calendar Breaking down complex sustainability concepts into easy to digest information Writing compelling content while maintaining Skrap’s tone and style including scripts for Instagram reels, captions for posts Creating engaging copy for carousel posts, on-ground posters, and other static creatives Coordinating with freelancers and team members to ensure smooth content creation Tracking insights and engagement metrics, translating them into actionable content improvements Replying to comments and DMs, fostering meaningful conversations with our audience Apply for this, if you: Have 2+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, scriptwriting or content creation Are a climate optimist, a sustainability practitioner and can write with authenticity on climate and zero-waste topics Are self-managed, have worked with teams and managed someone even if at a small level Are a strong writer who can transform sustainability concepts into clear, engaging content Have a sharp eye for detail and can ensure consistency in messaging across all materials Are a creative and strategic thinker, able to balance storytelling with content performance Have a sense of humour Love engaging with online communities Location: This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Goa (preferably), Mumbai or other cities in India.
