Role Summary

creative and strategic content leader

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the
brands content strategy
across all channels
Create and maintain a
content calendar
aligned with marketing and product roadmaps
Lead
copywriting
for campaigns, ads, website, and product messaging
Work with
design, product, performance, and growth teams
to deliver content with impact
Manage a team of
internal writers and external creators/agencies
Ensure
tone, voice, and messaging consistency
across platforms
Drive
SEO, blog, and social content
to grow organic reach
Develop
high-performing creative briefs
for paid media
Collaborate on
video scripts, influencer content
, and editorial stories
Track content performance, engagement, and iterate based on data
Champion the
brand narrative
across all touchpoints

What We're Looking For

4–8 years of experience in
content, brand, or editorial roles
Strong
copywriting
and storytelling skills
Experience working with
consumer brands, ideally in D2C, tech, or lifestyle sectors
Ability to manage and deliver content at
speed and scale
Strong eye for design and creative direction
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Past experience in
e-commerce, performance marketing, or digital-first brand
is a plus
Proficiency with tools like
Google Docs, Asana, Figma, CMS, etc
