Content Lead - Ariba & SAP S4 HANA

As a Planning and Engagement Content Lead in the Finance business entity, you will play a crucial role in transforming procurement channels and related content focusing on Guided Buying. Your main responsibilities include: - Deploying procurement buying methodology to simplify channels for category strategies through Ariba Spend Management and SAP S4 Hana implementations. - Engaging with Category, Sourcing, Operations, and deployment teams to support managed service providers. - Supporting Procurement Category Directors and Category Owners in developing content options to simplify the buying experience. - Building technical knowledge on SAP Ariba and S4 to guide Category teams in content development. - Managing content and buying channel KPIs, reporting progress, and identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. You should have a Bachelor's degree in a related area and 6-8 years of experience in business services or outsourcing with in-depth knowledge of procurement processes. Additionally, you should possess strong communication skills, experience in process management, and knowledge of project and change management methodologies. Experience in oil industry processes, transformation projects, and automation initiatives would be desirable. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance buying channel capabilities, analyzing supplier lists and spend data, and coaching category teams on setting up suppliers and guided buying. You will also work closely with the Digital Operating System Program and contribute to BAU analytics for benefits realization.
