Role Summary:

Content Planning & Organization

Develop and organize content for meetings, workshops, courses, or online platforms.
Ensure content aligns with the goals and needs of the audience.

Moderation & Engagement

Facilitate discussions, encourage participation, and keep conversations on track.
Moderate forums, webinars, or group sessions to maintain a positive and productive environment.

Resource Curation

Select, curate, and share relevant resources (articles, videos, tools, etc.).
Keep materials up-to-date and accessible.

Support & Guidance

Assist participants in understanding and engaging with the content.
Answer questions, provide clarifications, and offer feedback.

Collaboration

Work with subject matter experts, instructors, or team members to enhance content quality.
Gather feedback and make improvements based on user needs.

Reporting & Evaluation

Track engagement and participation.
Collect feedback and report on the effectiveness of content delivery.
