Tsokha is a curated lifestyle brand offering ceramics, ethnic apparel, jewellery, home décor, aromatherapy, wellness, and handcrafted pieces. We are a design-first brand, and our content must reflect elegance, minimalism, and strong aesthetic sensibility.

We are looking for a modern Content Creator — someone who understands today’s visual language and can produce aesthetic, scroll-stopping content for Instagram, websites, and brand campaigns.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for creating all visual content for Tsokha — from reel creation to photos, graphics, banner creatives, and storytelling visuals.

This is a pure content + design role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reel Creation (Primary Responsibility)

· • Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality reels for Instagram.

· • Create content around ceramics, apparel, jewellery, aromatherapy, wellness, and home décor.

· • Use trending formats, transitions, and concepts aligned with the brand’s tone.

2. Product Photography & Styling

· • Shoot aesthetic product photos for Instagram & catalogue.

· • Create flatlays, moodboards, and creative compositions.

· • Style shoots with props, fabrics, textures, and backgrounds.

3. Graphic Creatives & Design

· • Create social media posts, banners, posters, story templates, and promotional creatives.

· • Work with colour palettes, typography, and brand systems.

· • Design festival creatives, new launch creatives, and sale announcements.

4. Visual Branding

· • Maintain Tsokha’s brand identity in every piece of content.

· • Ensure aesthetics match the brand mood: earthy • elegant • handcrafted • modern • minimal.

5. Concept Development

· • Ideate new content concepts, themes, and campaign ideas.

· • Plan seasonal shoots (festive, monsoon, winter, launch campaigns).

· • Prepare creative moodboards and shoot ideas.

Skills Required

· • Strong command over video editing tools (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro optional).

· • Product photography skills using phone or camera.

· • Graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe tools).

· • Strong aesthetic sense — colours, lighting, styling.

· • Understanding of modern Instagram trends & formats.

· • Ability to independently shoot and deliver content regularly.

Preferred Profile

· • 1–3 years experience in content creation.

· • Strong portfolio with lifestyle products/fashion/creative reels.

· • Based in Goa or willing to relocate.

· • Passion for design, décor, fashion, and handcrafted brands.
