• Write engaging news articles, website content, and social media posts tailored for Jharkhand Updates’ audience.
• Search, research, and verify news stories; generate fresh and innovative content ideas.
• Create short and long-form videos with

  voice-over

  and

  self-editing

  (no cameraman/editor support required).
• Conduct ground reports and field coverage independently.
• Manage and grow Jharkhand Updates’ presence across all social media platforms.
• Develop creative, interactive, and viral content to increase audience engagement.

Requirements:

• Must be from

  Jharkhand

  and currently based in

  Ranchi

  .

• BJMC graduate

  with strong journalism, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently – from idea generation to publishing final content.
• Skilled in video shooting (self), voice-over recording, Photo and Video editing.
• Proficiency in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.).
• Knowledge of Jharkhand’s socio-political, cultural, and current affairs landscape.
