As a Social Media Manager at our company, your role will involve shaping our brand's online presence, creating engaging content, collaborating with influencers, and ensuring our website remains updated. You will have a hands-on role that requires a blend of creativity and execution. Key Responsibilities: - Content Creation: - Develop high-quality visual and written content such as photos, videos, reels, and captions. - Ensure that all content aligns with our brand's aesthetics, values, and campaigns. - Social Media Management: - Plan, schedule, and post content on various platforms. - Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages to build relationships. - Website Updates and Banner Creation: - Regularly update website banners, product images, and promotional graphics. - Create basic visual content using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar. - Ensure accurate representation of product descriptions, visuals, and seasonal themes on the website. - Influencer Collaboration: - Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators. - Manage gifting campaigns, partnerships, and track influencer content delivery and performance. - Build long-term relationships with brand ambassadors to enhance our reach. - Product Photoshoot Coordination: - Plan and execute creative photoshoots for new product launches and campaigns. - Manage post-production processes including photo selection, editing, and organization for various platforms. - Strategy & Trends: - Research current trends, hashtags, and strategies to create engaging and shareable content. - Propose creative ideas for campaigns and collaborations. - Analytics & Optimization: - Track content performance using analytics tools and refine strategies to maximize engagement and reach. Qualifications: - Proven experience in creating social media content (portfolio or examples required). - Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut). - Excellent writing skills with attention to detail. - Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and tools. - Creative mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
