We’re Hiring: Agriculture Video Content & Field Education Specialist

At Pawan Agro, we believe farmers deserve not only quality agro solutions but also clear, practical knowledge they can trust. To strengthen this vision, we are looking for passionate agriculture professionals who can create engaging video content, interact with farmers in the field, and explain our products in simple, farmer-friendly language.

Role Overview

As part of our team, you will:

Be the on-camera face for farmer education and product explainer videos.

Simplify farming practices into easy-to-understand video content.

Engage with farmers in the field and capture practical demonstrations.

Work closely with our media and marketing teams to deliver impactful farmer education initiatives.

Education & Qualifications

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Agriculture (mandatory)

Minimum 4 years of experience in agriculture, farmer engagement, or related roles

Strong communication skills in Marathi and Hindi

Confidence in front of the camera and ability to explain in a farmer-friendly style

Preferred: Background in Agriculture Communication, Agricultural Extension, or Agri Journalism
