Content Creator

Key Responsibilities:

Shooting & Production:

• Plan and execute shoots (indoor/outdoor) for clients and in-house brands.
• Capture engaging visuals and videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, BTS, etc.).
• Scout locations, set up lighting and framing, and ensure technical quality.

Editing & Post-Production:

• Edit videos for digital platforms — fast-paced reels, interviews, promos, etc.
• Add text, effects, transitions, and sound/music as needed.
• Optimize content format for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.

Ideation & Execution:

• Work with creative and strategy teams to conceptualize shoot ideas and content plans.
• Stay updated with trends and experiment with formats to boost engagement.

On-Ground Coverage:

• Cover live events, shoots, and activities, capturing behind-the-scenes and highlight reels.
• Be ready for travel and flexible schedules based on shoot requirements.

Requriements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a content creator, videographer, or visual storyteller.
• Must own shooting gear: DSLR/Mirrorless Camera, tripod, mic, gimbal (preferred).
• Knowadgle of video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
• Strong eye for detail, composition, lighting, and aesthetics.
• Comfort working solo and collaboratively with designers, clients, and models.
• Strong photography skills and experience with mobile + camera-based content creation.
