Key Responsibilities:Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms: Short-form content: Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok. Long-form content: YouTube videos. Operate mobile cameras proficiently to capture visually appealing footage. Plan, shoot, and edit video content that aligns with our brand and audience. Collaborate with the team on content ideas and production schedules. Stay updated with the latest trends in social media content and video production. Requirements:Proven experience in creating social media content (Shorts, Reels, YouTube videos). Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and engagement techniques. Excellent mobile camera operation skills (experience with gimbals, lighting setups is a plus). Basic to advanced video editing skills (knowledge of apps like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.). Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Nice to Have:Experience with content strategy and audience engagement. Familiarity with YouTube SEO and social media algorithms.
