Job Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and brand-focused Content Creator to develop high-quality content across social media, product pages, and marketing campaigns for Jawai, our clean, healthy, and innovative food brand.
The ideal candidate should understand modern digital storytelling, food & wellness trends, and be able to convert ideas into engaging photo, video, and written content.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation

  • Create high-quality short videos (Reels, TikTok-style, product demos, recipes, brand storytelling).
  • Shoot and edit product photos and lifestyle content.
  • Develop creative concepts and scripts for brand campaigns.
  • Create content showcasing product benefits, unboxing, packaging features, and behind-the-scenes.

Social Media Management

  • Plan and post content regularly across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of voice of Jawai.
  • Track content performance and optimize based on metrics.

Brand Communication

  • Understand Jawai’s USPs, ingredients, and product categories to create crisp and impactful messaging.
  • Write captions, product descriptions, and social media copy.
  • Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaigns, launches, and promotions.

Influencer & Community Engagement

  • Collaborate with influencers, micro-creators, and customers for user-generated content.
  • Engage with followers via comments, DMs, and community interactions.
  • Encourage reviews, testimonials, and brand advocacy.

Product & Market Understanding

  • Stay updated with healthy food trends, packaging trends, and competitor activity.
  • Suggest new content angles, reels ideas, and campaign opportunities.

Content Calendar & Strategy

  • Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
  • Ensure timely execution of content around launches, festivals, and promotions.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or video production.
  • Strong skills in video editing (CapCut/Premiere Pro), photography, and creative ideation.
  • Basic understanding of food/health/wellness content is a plus.
  • Ability to think visually and deliver crisp, trendy, and high-engagement content.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Good to Have

  • Experience with D2C brands.
  • Knowledge of SEO, performance marketing basics, or analytics tools.
  • Ability to appear on camera.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
