E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our product listings on Blinkit, Amazon and Flipkart, executing ad campaigns, optimizing SEO, managing account health, and handling customer feedback. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Listings Management
• Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Blinkit, Amazon and Flipkart.
• Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, titles, images, and other content.
• Ad Campaigns
• Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns on Blinkit, Amazon and Flipkart.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and optimize to achieve better ROI.
• Promotions and Discounts
• Design and implement promotional campaigns including vouchers, coupons, and discounts.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities.
• SEO Optimization
• Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility.
• Optimize product listings for search algorithms on e-commerce platforms.
• Account Management
• Monitor and maintain account health metrics such as order defect rate, cancellation rate, and late shipment rate.
• Address any issues related to account health promptly.
• Customer Feedback and Reviews
• Monitor customer feedback and reviews.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Reporting and Analysis
• Generate reports on sales, traffic, and other key metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

• Freshers with strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms are welcome.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is a plus.

Skills:

• Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Knowledge of PPC campaigns and SEO best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
