Job Description

Key Role & Responsibilities:

Content Creation

itor social media trends and identify opportunities to create viral memes or reels that resonate with our target audience.
Create high-quality reels, videos, and other engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Edit videos to ensure high production quality.
Stay up with social media trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms.
Be comfortable in front of the camera, whether filming yourself or participating in live streams or video content.

SMM (Social Media Handling/ keting):

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content and campaign performance.

Campaign Creation / Managements:

Develop comprehensive digital keting campaigns aligned with company objectives and target audience.
Optimize campaigns to achieve desired outcomes, such as lead generation, conversions, or brand awareness.

PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Advertising:

Create and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, META Ads, and others.
itor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve KPIs.

Good to Have Skills:

Certifications in Digital keting or relevant courses (added advantage).

Must Have Skills:

A camera- endly personality who Loves being in front of the camera and creating content
Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience with social media management tools.
Proficiency in digital keting analytics tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Creative thinker with a passion for staying up on industry trends and emerging technologies.
