Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic content professional who can plan and create goal-centric content while strictly following brand guidelines and brand identity. This role involves ideation, planning, execution, and content management across all digital formats.

Key Responsibilities

Brand-Aligned Content Strategy

• Create goal-centric content strategy while keeping brand guidelines and brand identity in focus

• Ensure consistency in tone, language, and visual direction across all platforms

Content Ideation & Planning

• Plan and execute content ideas for all formats, including reels, shorts, long videos, stories, image posts, post text, blogs, and campaigns

• Develop monthly and weekly content calendars

• Convert one core idea into multiple content formats

Content Creation & Coordination

• Write scripts, captions, post copies, and content outlines

• Coordinate with designers and video editors for smooth execution

• Review content before publishing to ensure quality and accuracy

Content Research & Trends

• Research market trends, platform trends, and audience behavior

• Use insights to improve content performance and engagement

Content Management

• Track content flow from ideation to publishing

• Organize scripts, creatives, and final assets in shared folders

• Ensure timely delivery and follow-ups with the team

Skills Required

• Prior experience working on social media content

• Strong understanding of different content formats and platforms

• Ability to research market trends and generate relevant content ideas

• Practical use of AI tools for ideation, writing, and optimization

• Clear understanding of brand identity and storytelling

• Innovative thinking with strong creativity in content planning

• Language proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi(Must) & English(Basic would work)

• Good coordination, planning, and time-management skills

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, content strategy, or social media

• Healthcare, wellness, or Ayurveda industry experience is an advantage
