Key Responsibilities

• Lead Video Production:

  Conceptualize, script, shoot, edit, and star in a high volume of engaging UGC-style videos to strict deadlines.

• On-Screen Talent:

  Serve as the brand's main on-camera talent, showcasing strong, confident, and highly expressive acting abilities and on-screen presence.

• Trend Strategy:

  Continuously monitor and strategically incorporate the latest social media trends, sounds, and formats to maximize video reach and engagement.

• Performance Focus:

  Ensure all content is created with the goal of high audience engagement and conversion, measuring success based on key social media metrics.

• A seasoned creator with a genuine passion for beauty and lifestyle content.
• Highly comfortable and proficient as the on-camera talent with a dynamic presence.
• Proven ability to identify and execute on trending social media content.
• You possess an established content portfolio demonstrating high-quality, authentic video creation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience (professional or extensive personal) as a Content Creator focused on short-form video (A strong portfolio is essential).
• Exceptional creativity and strong narrative/storytelling skills.
• Deep knowledge of social media platform dynamics, features, and best practices.
• Ability to work Full-Time and On-Site in Gurugram.

• NIFT Graduate Preferred:

  Candidates with a degree from the National Institute of Fashion Technology are highly encouraged to apply.
