  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality content for social media, website, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Develop creative concepts for photography, video reels, short-form videos, and visual storytelling that align with the Fairmont brand.
  • Capture and edit engaging on-property content including guest experiences, events, food & beverage, spa, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer to align content with overall digital strategy.
  • Attend hotel events, photoshoots, and activations to generate real-time and promotional content.
  • Script, shoot, and edit short videos/reels for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, audio styles, and content formats relevant to luxury hospitality.
  • Maintain an organized library of photo and video assets for ongoing use.
  • Ensure all content adheres to Fairmont’s visual identity, tone, and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, videography, or digital media — preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing tools
  • Strong photography/videography skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
