Our goal is to train students with practical, real-world skills and grow our presence online through YouTube and social media. We already have 2 editors in our team, so this role is mainly for planning, shooting, and content strategy. Job Responsibilities 1. Content Planning & Strategy Create weekly and monthly content plans. Decide which videos to upload and when. Find trending topics and plan video ideas. Study other institutes and competitors to grow our channel. 2. Video Shooting Shoot high-quality videos of classes, events, and placements. Use proper angles, lighting, and framing for professional results. Editing is not required, but basic knowledge is a plus. 3. Social Media Management Upload videos to YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Suggest ideas for thumbnails, captions, and hashtags. Help grow our online presence and audience reach. 4. Tracking & Improvement Check video performance and make reports. Give new ideas to improve content and reach more people. Required Skills Good camera skills (DSLR or smartphone). Knowledge of social media trends and YouTube basics. Creative mindset with interest in education and training. Good planning and organizing skills.
