You will be a key part of our mission to improve the quality of life for children with autism and their families. Key Responsibilities : Perform comprehensive evaluations of children with autism to identify their sensory, motor, and functional abilities. Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs and goals. Provide direct occupational therapy services, focusing on sensory integration, motor skills development, and daily living skills. Work collaboratively with a team of speech therapists, behavioral specialists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Engage parents and caregivers in the therapeutic process, offering education and training to support ongoing development at home. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress reports, and session notes. Contribute to case conferences and multidisciplinary meetings to ensure the best outcomes for the children we serve.
