Content Creator / Cinematographer

Cue & Co. is a modern content studio built for brands that want sharp, social-first visuals. We create high-impact UGC-style videos, product showcases and branded content that helps businesses stay ahead of the content curve. From concept to final edit, our focus is simple: clear storytelling, clean visuals and content that performs.

We’re now looking for a multi-skilled Content Creator / Cinematographer who can bring ideas to life through thoughtful shooting, confident technical handling and tight edits.

What you’ll handle

– Shoot UGC-style, lifestyle and product videos for brand campaigns

– Work confidently across mobile and camera setups

– Manage lighting, composition and sound to keep every frame consistent

– Edit short-form content with strong pacing, clean transitions and thoughtful storytelling

– Capture high-quality product and studio photography when needed

– Maintain an organised library of footage and assets

– Add simple motion graphics or clean animated elements when required (basic level is fine)

How you’ll collaborate

– Work closely with the founder and creative team on concepts and shoot plans

– Contribute ideas that elevate shoots, sets and visual flow

– Understand brand requirements quickly and translate them into tight, usable content

– Take ownership of your projects and manage timelines without reminders

What we’re looking for

– 1+ year of agency or production-house experience

– Strong understanding of cinematography basics: framing, movement, lighting, color

– Skilled in mobile + camera cinematography for short-form platforms

– Editing proficiency (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci — we’re flexible as long as the output is sharp)

– Good sense of visual storytelling and on-set problem-solving

– Familiarity with AI tools for efficiency is a plus, not mandatory

– Ability to multitask without losing quality

Bonus points

– Experience working with D2C or social-first brands

– Basic motion design or animation skills

– Comfort styling mini sets, props or tabletop shots
