Role: Content & Community Intern 

Location: Delhi 

Duration: 3 months

Full-time offer based on performance (PPO available)

About the Role

This internship is a hybrid of content creation, customer support, and community building.

We believe that the best content is rooted in real audience insight — which is why we want you to be directly involved in both support and content.

You’ll play a key role in:

Understanding customer needs through support interactions

Creating engaging, on-brand content

Actively helping us shape and grow Peppy’s community initiative

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience (CX)

Respond to customer queries across Instagram, WhatsApp, and email

Understand and report customer feedback, common issues, and product-related doubts

Help improve communication materials like FAQs, templates, and automated responses

Maintain Peppy's tone across all customer touchpoints

Content Creation

Repurpose audience feedback and insights into relatable, high-performing content

Assist on creative shoots or production days when required

Community Building

Actively contribute to Peppy’s upcoming community project

Help create formats and conversation starters that drive engagement

Share insights from customer queries to help inform how we build and scale our community strategy

Workload Expectation

We aim to keep a healthy balance between content, community, and support tasks. However, during campaigns or high-traffic weeks, the number of customer queries may increase — and we’ll need you to prioritise support during those times.

Once you’re confident in handling support (usually after 2–3 months), we’re open to onboarding someone under you to manage the daily workload, allowing you to take on more responsibilities.
