Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content Associate to join our dynamic content development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various content-related tasks, including curriculum development, content creation, PPT designing, and faculty sourcing and coordination. The role requires a creative thinker with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
PPT Designing:
- Develop visually engaging and professional PowerPoint presentations for academic and corporate content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that the content is accurately and effectively represented.
- Utilize design tools and templates to create compelling slides that enhance the learning experience.
Faculty Sourcing and Coordination:
- Identify and source qualified faculty members for various academic programs.
- Coordinate with faculty to manage schedules, agreements, and content delivery timelines.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new faculty members, ensuring they are familiar with the content guidelines and delivery expectations.
Curriculum Development:
- Develop detailed syllabuses, self-learning materials (SLMs), question banks, and teaching materials for various subjects.
- Ensure that the curriculum is aligned with the educational standards and the learning objectives of the program.
- Work closely with academic experts to create comprehensive and effective learning resources.
Content Creation:
- Write clear, concise, and comprehensive content that is age-appropriate, engaging, and easily understandable for students pursuing higher education studies.
- Adapt content to meet the specific needs of different programs and audiences.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency and quality across all materials.
Research:
- Conduct thorough research on relevant topics to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes, educational trends, and best practices in content development.
- Use research findings to inform and enhance content creation and curriculum development.
Assessment Material:
- Create assessment questions, quizzes, and exercises to evaluate students' understanding of the concepts covered.
- Design assessments that align with the learning outcomes of the curriculum.
- Review and update assessment materials regularly to ensure they meet current standards and requirements.
Project Management:
- Track and manage the progress of content development projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Communicate effectively with team members, faculty, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain organized records of all content-related activities, including faculty contracts, schedules, and feedback.
Quality Assurance:
- Review and provide feedback on content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the project's goals.
- Assist in conducting quality checks on final content deliverables before release.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with instructional designers, graphic designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality content.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving content processes and outputs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in content development, instructional design, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in sourcing and coordinating with faculty or external experts is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is an advantage.
