Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Content creation:
Draft 3–5 social media posts per week (text+visuals).
Write 1 blog article or case study per month on our sustainable retrofit projects.
Prepare short captions and newsletter snippets highlighting firm updates.
Social media management:
Schedule posts using tools like Buffer or Hootsuite
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and flag opportunities for community building.
Campaign support:
Assist in brainstorming and executing digital campaigns (e.g., project launches, virtual tours).
Coordinate with design and R&D teams to gather multimedia assets (photos, videos, diagrams).
Analytics & reporting:
Track key metrics (reach, engagement, website clicks) and prepare a bi‑weekly performance report.
Suggest content optimizations based on data insights.
