Job Description

Key responsibilities

Publishing and maintenance of content on SharePoint
List maintenance, including automation and improvements from Excel to MS List/PowerApps, etc.
Access controls maintenance.
Collaborating with onshore PwC teams to carry out content collection, sanitization, archiving, searching, and retrieval activities, and serving as custodian of their knowledge assets.
Creating SharePoint site if required
Assistance with internal communications and newsletters

Skills and experience:

Quick learner with experience working both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced or unstructured settings.
Proficiency in tools like MS Office, SharePoint, MS List/PowerApps, etc.
Good data gathering, handling and analysis skillset.
Experience in or willingness to learn new tools, e.g. Salesforce, Alteryx, PowerBI.
Ability to work under pressure and complete projects in a timely and accurate manner.
Comfortable asking questions and making suggestions on improvements and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to engage effectively with multicultural stakeholders.
Self-motivated, able to multitask and reprioritize as needed.
Detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable.
Ability to analyze and anticipate stakeholder needs to meet expectations.

Qualifications:

MBA/Graduation in Marketing
2+ years relevant experience
Digital Marketing added advantage

Course/Trainings in Data Visualization tools(good to have)
