Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Content & Knowledge Management

Publish and maintain large volumes of content on PwC internal portals.
Sanitize documents to mitigate Firm risk
Collaborate with onshore teams to support content collection, sanitization, archival, and retrieval processes.
Act as a custodian of knowledge assets for internal stakeholders.
Contribute to content development for marketing materials, internal campaigns, and reporting.
Enhance existing content on Connected Source to ensure continued business relevance.
Upload and manage knowledge assets using Connected Source content management system (CCMS).

Project Support & Best Practices

Manage diverse requests with quick turnaround times and high quality.
Have ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks with attention to detail
Identify and share process improvement opportunities and best practices.

Technical Capability

Communication, time management and project management skills
Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks
Attention to detail
Familiarity with MS Outlook & M365, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Content editing and proofreading

Education/qualifications:

Masters in English/ Mass Communication/MBA (Marketing)

Good to have: Certifications in Digital Marketing, SharePoint Administration, or HTML are a plus.

Experience Minimum 6 months to 1 year

Shift:

- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST

- 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST
