Requirements: Minimum 4- 5 years of experience , with at least 1 - 2 year as a Team Leader (on paper). Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in rotational shifts. Preferred: Experience in a healthcare or customer service process.
