Job Description

You are seeking a proactive and insights-driven Consultant to join the Digital Insights Delivery team. The role involves using social media listening tools to uncover trends, decode consumer conversations, and translate data into actionable insights for brands in industries such as streaming, fashion, QSR, and gaming. Responsibilities include managing delivery of digital and social media reports, interpreting conversation data, drafting insight-rich narratives, validating tagging and queries, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting ad hoc research requests. Key Responsibilities: - Manage delivery of recurring digital and social media reports focusing on consumer behavior and content trends. - Interpret conversation data to extract insights about consumer needs, sentiment, and preferences. - Draft structured, insight-rich narratives aligned with business goals and audience priorities. - Validate tagging, queries, and data outputs completed by junior team members. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance frameworks, dashboards, and storytelling approaches. - Engage in strategic discussions to optimize insights across brand teams. - Assist with metadata tagging, taxonomy validation, and dataset curation. - Support ad hoc research or POC requests with relevant consumer/contextual analysis. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in digital analytics, social media intelligence, or consumer insights. - Hands-on experience with at least one social listening tool like Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Meltwater, Brandwatch, or similar. - Strong understanding of KPIs such as engagement, sentiment, share of voice, and content format. - Track record in storytelling using PowerPoint and Excel-based dashboards. - Understanding of digital consumer behavior, audience segmentation, and content performance metrics. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a business reporting context. - Highly detail-oriented, self-driven, and organized under tight timelines. Good to Have: - Experience in Boolean query writing. - Exposure to entertainment, sports, fashion, QSR, or lifestyle categories. - Familiarity with platform metadata, brand taxonomy, or post tagging frameworks. You will work on high-impact insight reports informing marketing and content strategy for top global brands.
