As a member of the development team, your responsibilities will include transfer learning and training LLMs. Ideal candidates will have a strong data science background and can help us build/fine-tune in-house LLMs. You'll have the opportunity to work with large-scale data sets and turn your insights into real products. Through visualizations and summarizations, defines performance, identifies trends, outliers, and drivers. Prepares data for analysis, e.g. cleansing, conditioning, transforming, handling missing fields, identifying new feature variables and handling multi-variate data. Fine-tune LLM for NLP, multi-labeling, image detection, emotion detection, etc. Required Skills : 3-5 years of industry experience in data science developing ML Models for NLP . 1-2 years of experience in fine-tuning and training LLM.
