Consumer Health Product

As a Consumer Marketing professional at Dr. Lal PathLabs, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategy for various customer segments. This includes ensuring both physical and digital deployment to reinforce our position as a leader in the wellness market. Your key responsibilities will include: - Achieving revenue targets through sales of products by designing and implementing marketing plans for product adoption across different channels. - Conducting market research to gather consumer insights and using them to design competitive offerings for consumer products like preventive health packages. - Analyzing customer segments and needs to conceptualize and launch health packages tailored to different segments. - Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and IT teams to ensure cohesive product adoption, promotion, and service delivery. - Leading comprehensive market research, consumer insight mining, and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and high-potential product opportunities. - Driving the entire product lifecycle from idea to launch, coordinating with internal teams for timely inputs and approvals. - Collaborating for 360 launch campaigns across different channels and ensuring timely and consistent rollout aligned with the product proposition. - Tracking key performance indicators post-launch and gathering feedback to refine strategy and messaging. In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with: - 8-10 years of experience in product management. - MBA/PGDM in Marketing. Your competencies should include market research and analysis, strategic planning and execution, excellent communication skills, data analytics, and a customer-centric mindset. Additionally, you should possess: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in using BI tools and MS Office Suite. - Strong data-driven decision-making skills. - Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. - Proven ability to collaborate successfully across various functions.
