Consulting Technical Manager- NetSuite Integration

Role Overview: As a senior-level consulting professional within the Oracle NetSuite Global Business Unit (GBU), you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and innovative solutions to project teams. You will analyze business needs, deliver high-quality software solutions, and ensure the success of complex NetSuite implementations for strategic customers globally. Your role as a Technical Architect will involve conducting technical design reviews, optimizing integrations and customizations, offering data management consultation, and guiding customers on ERP best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct holistic technical design reviews and provide guidance on performance and scalability - Optimize integrations and NetSuite customizations to meet customer requirements - Offer consultative guidance on data management and ERP leading practices - Analyze customers" business and technical requirements to ensure scalable use of NetSuite - Collaborate with partners to implement recommendations and devise solutions for technical feature gaps - Lead customers and partners in designing and optimizing integrations and customizations - Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader within the ACS Technical Team - Work with the Product organization to ensure adoption of new product technical changes by customers and partners Qualification Required: - Minimum of 5 years of technical consulting experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to be self-directed, multitask, and lead others with minimal supervision - Hands-on experience in areas such as performance, integrations, technical architecture, or software development - Proficiency in areas like SQL tuning, data modeling, SaaS/Cloud architectures, and Oracle database architecture - Knowledge of ETL tools, software development, database concepts, ERP technology frameworks, and infrastructure - Experience with release management, Agile scrum master practices, and developing NetSuite integrations - Strong analytical skills and the ability to present concepts effectively at various organizational levels Additional Company Details: Oracle is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and welcomes candidates from diverse backgrounds.
