Consulting Business Representative

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at our company, you will be responsible for identifying qualified prospects and navigating company structures to identify decision-makers. Your role will involve conducting high-level discovery conversations and using a combination of outreach mechanisms such as calls, emails, and CRM to nurture leads and support the demand generation process. Key Responsibilities: - Generating appointments and meetings through proactive outbound prospecting. - Working closely with sales and marketing teams to discover opportunities from leads. - Meeting or exceeding SDR sourced Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) volume targets. - Collaborating with teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities. - Managing, tracking, and reporting on all activities and results using CRM. - Attending field marketing events to engage with participants, identify opportunities, and schedule meetings. Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in a similar role. - Educational qualification: MBA.
