Job Description

Key

Engage with clients to assess business requirements, identify opportunities for AI adoption, and formulate actionable solution roadmaps.
Design, build, and deploy machine learning and quantitative models for predictive analytics, optimization, risk analysis, and business insights.
Implement and integrate AI solutions using cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise data ecosystems.
Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation to ensure accuracy and robustness.
Develop PoCs, prototypes, and production-ready AI components aligned with enterprise best practices.
Present insights, model outputs, and technical recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data architects, and domain experts to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to drive innovation.

Required Skills Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
25 years of experience in AI/ML model development, quantitative analytics, or data-driven consulting roles.
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and analytical frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
Expertise in statistical modelling, machine learning algorithms, and optimization techniques.
Understanding of cloud-based AI deployment and MLOps practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in telecom, financial services, or technology consulting domains.
Knowledge of GenAI, NLP, or deep learning-based applied solutions.
Exposure to big data tools like Spark, Databricks, or Hadoop frameworks.
