Role Overview: As a Consultant, Strategy & Technology at Konrad Group, you collaborate with team members to deliver cutting-edge digital projects and user experiences. Your responsibilities include assisting in creating digital solutions, participating in user experience design workshops, and understanding clients" business challenges to deliver elegant user experiences. Additionally, you play a key role in project management and coordination, while also being a thought leader on emerging technology trends. Key Responsibilities: - Support senior team members on projects of varying sizes - Assist in creating digital solutions for different clients and verticals - Participate in user experience design thinking workshops - Collaborate with design and technology teams to deliver elegant user experiences - Gather information on clients" business processes and competitive standing - Project management and coordination - Stay updated on existing and emerging technology trends - Structure presentations, documentation, and other collateral Qualifications: - Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience - Experience in strategy, design, and/or technology engagements - Passion for user experience, digital design, and technology - Strong track record in collaborating with clients - Interest in learning about the latest technologies - Appreciation for great digital design - Excellent writing and communication skills in English - Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving ability - Self-motivated with a desire for continuous improvement - Ability to work in a team and independently - Comfortable with presenting and public speaking In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a culture of innovation and creativity, creating best-in-class digital products for global clients.
