Job Description

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete pre-sales process including lead generation, qualification, and appointment scheduling.
Generate appointments and sales-qualified leads (SQLs) for the North American market.
Research and identify the right target accounts and decision-makers.
Understand customer needs and present suitable service offerings.
Communicate the value of services such as AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, Cloud, CRM, IT Consulting, and other Digital Services.
Conduct outreach, handle objections, build interest, and convert prospects into qualified meetings.
Maintain accurate CRM data, track lead status, and ensure smooth progression of leads through the sales pipeline.
Prepare and update sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

Experience in lead generation or appointment setting for the North American region.
Proven track record of meeting SQL or appointment targets.
Strong communication and client engagement skills.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in the night shift.
