Job Description

As a Consultant in Strategy and Transformation at Mastercard Advisors & Consulting Services, your role involves leading clients through impactful decision-making to address strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational business challenges. You will apply a broad set of problem-solving techniques to enhance clients" overall strategy, performance, and operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide creative input on projects across various industries and problem statements - Contribute to developing strategies and programs for regional and global clients by utilizing data and technology solutions - Collaborate with the Mastercard team to understand clients" needs, agenda, and risks - Develop a working relationship with client analysts/managers and serve as a trusted partner - Collaborate with senior project delivery consultants to identify key findings, prepare effective presentations, and deliver recommendations - Independently identify issues in a defined area of analysis, structure and synthesize analysis to highlight relevant findings - Lead internal and client meetings, and contribute to project management - Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital - Receive mentorship from consulting leaders for professional growth and development **Qualifications:** *Basic qualifications* - Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management - Relevant experience in client or internal stakeholder management - Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis - Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Ability to handle multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Effective communication skills in English and the local office language (if applicable) - Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying and apply for travel visas as needed *Preferred qualifications* - Ability to identify problems, brainstorm and analyze answers, and implement solutions - Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties - Relevant industry expertise In addition to your role-specific responsibilities, as a Mastercard employee, you are expected to uphold Corporate Security Responsibility.
